Topped with a blazing red bulb and trimmed in furry white, these appendages have been identified as "hats."
Uncertain of their origin, little is known about these hats. But it has been noted that those adorned in the spirited cap have displayed a playful demeanor. Animated expressions of the cheerful nature radiate from their faces.
